Logistics & Supply Chain Proficiency For Global Operations

Time : 9 am ~5pm / Venue : Hotel/s in PJ

Introduction

Logistics and Supply Chain Management have emerged over the last decade a critical agenda in the corporate boardrooms globally. This is due to the ever increasing competitiveness of markets which has forced companies to review their cost and value delivery process. Simultaneously, there has been a realization that companies no longer compete as stand-alone entity. We have to be part of end interdependent network or global chain to survive. Strategized logistics operation provides a set of tools to enable a market-facing orientation to be achieved while supply chain management takes these vision a step further aligning the upstream and downstream activities responding to customer demand.
