JOPMEC produces two ranges of conventional rotators: Capacity from 5 tons to 250 tons equipped with Natural Rubber Wheels. Capacity from 250 tons to 1000 tons equipped with Steel Wheels.
A conventional welding rotator set consists of a motorized drive unit and an idler supporting unit. Our rotators are designed to meet the highest standards and have the following features: The motorized unit is driven by a heavy duty gear motor designed according to proven specifications to ensure constant speed for smooth operation. The heavy duty Natural Rubber tires are formulated to maximum durable hardness with high-stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb high capacity loads. The inverter comes with a remote control panel with interlocking reversing systems capable of operating at temperatures even in excess of 60° C. Equipped with Skid frame protection preventing any damage to the control box when lifting center loads. Oil sight level gauges. Anti-Creep device feature offering ± 5° vessel creep control. Overload steel disc to cushion overloading and prevent tire damage.
