Filter Monitor ...The Auditing Key to Air Pressure Cost Control

The Hankison Filter Monitor is designed to audit your compressed air filters for energy savings by determining the optimal time for filter element replacement.  

Through Microprocessor Monitoring, particulate loading of the filter element is continuously audited based on both instantaneous and average (daily) pressure drop measurements.   

This state-of-the-art microprocessor enables the Filter Monitor to forecast optimal filter element replacement based on information gathered from your compressed air system.

Sixty days advance notice is given prior to the optimal change-out day forecasted by the Filter Monitor.  A daily countdown showing “number of days remaining to change-out” is displayed on the screen.  An alarm light is lit once the sixty days have passed and no element change-out has occurred.

The Hankison Filter Monitor is user-friendly, with “on-board” buttons for manual programming, and includes an RJ-11 communications port for remote monitoring.
