Objectives 

This workshop has a three-pronged objective, via:To identify the crucial skills necessary for effective leadership at all levels in the organization, including the first-line supervisory level.To expose participants to a few of the traditional theories on leadership which are still valid and exhibited at the workplace today? 

To allow participants an opportunity to determine their leadership potential, the level and range of their leadership skills, and the chances of their making it to the very top in the organization.  

Participants will also be exposed to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and might also have an opportunity to find out, after responding to this questionnaire, where they best fit in an organization, and whether or not they fall into the one or two (out of a total of sixteen) categories which clearly indicate their suitability for the very top leadership post in an organization.
