The overall purpose of the programmed is to evaluate the benefits of applying the Value-Based TPEM Excellence Model to business organizations as a strategic tool for performance management and governance, strategic planning, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarking, identifying good management practice and for the achievement of sustainable improvement in all aspects of performance. The project also seeks to address two key areas by using self-assessment methodologies:
