Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

1.	What are the check in and check out time?
	Check in    - 12.00 noon  Check out  - 1.00 pm the next day  However, rooms will be released before 3pm after cleaned and ready for   occupation.
2.	Any penalty for late check out?
	Depending on room occupancy, we do not encourage later than 3pm. A half day rate will be charged for non check out rooms after 3pm without notification to the desk personnel.
3.	Are room deposit / payment refundable?
	Room price will be paid double as room deposit per room and the balance will be redundable when check out.
4.	Are all rooms with attached bath room?
	Yes, all rooms are with attached bathroom / toilet, and also with hot/cold water as well.
5.	Is room linen included in room prices?
	Yes, the room linens included in the room prices, you may add extra towel / blanket without paying any extra price.
6.	What does nett price mean?
	It means there are no additions to the prices shown. All service are inclusive in prices.
