D'Asnaf Kraf was established at 2003 and located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

In line with the objective of acknowledging society's "asnaf" category, the Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) has formed "D'Asnaf Kraf",which comprised of the less fortunate from the "asnaf" category who are visionary and passionate for self development coupled the drive to improve their lifestyles' standards.

The majority of these handicraft makers under this LZS scheme are single mothers. They are exposed to the skills via comprehensive self-development and handicraft courses,hence,making them pioneer in the industry where products are actually made of recyclable materials such as newspaper and magazines.

The unique blend of design and creativity has produced various amazing products,which are proudly used as display items,gifts,souvenirs as well as giveaways at weddings.
