Anne Musikschule Performing Arts Centre Sdn Bhd

Anne Musikschule was formally incorporated two years ago, but the business has been in operation many years before its inception. The founder, Ms.Anne Lim, has been a music educator since early 1980s, accumulated experience totaling over 25 years and whose main focus then was to provide Piano lessons.

Anne Musikschule started to take on its current form with the introduction of the Music and Movement (M&M) classes, upon Ms.Anne Lim discovering the benefits and viability of this programmed. Inspired by the positive effects emanating from this exercise on children’s lives, she further traveled to Australia, where the M&M curriculum is more established, to broaden her exposure and return with increased knowledge of the programmed and qualified skills to conduct classes.

The M&M classes grew over time, its popularity extended mostly by word of mouth. Ms.Anne Lim was soon approached by other teachers to provide courses training them the techniques of teaching M&M as she was one of the few who were versed in this approach...

Thereafter, and in quite a matter of natural course, Anne Musikschule was borne out of these past successes. As classes grew in number, the need arose to employ assistance, bringing the number of teachers in the first music centre to 12 including an administrative staff. Eventually, the school was branched out to a different location a small but charming music studio at Mutiara Damansara with 6 classrooms, 6 types of classes, 12 teachers and 135 students.

Fuelled by the desire to further share and impart this valuable asset on the part of Ms.Anne Lim, and one parent having experienced first hand the amazing results that this organization has contributed to his children and its students, a third music centre was recently established within the upcoming township of Dataran Ara Damansara, through a joint venture between this parent Mrs. Cathy Ho and miss Anne Lim.

The new institution is envisaged to become not just a full-fledged music centre offering a comprehensive range of classes, but a performing arts centre led by our renewed head conductor, Mr. Brian Tan. The performing arts centre will encompass professional training courses, charity concert, master classes, and performers from overseas. We offer music workshops of all types of instruments, activities and events. We have built a recital hall and jamming studio to cater all these activities.

Above all Anne Musikschule's achievements to date, we take pride in our employment of not only our quality technical teaching abilities, but more dear to our hearts, our unconditional dedication to the welfare and personal growth of each of our students.
