BASE DESIGN was incorporated in Kuala Lumpur on 11th October 1996 with its main activities in project management, architectural design and drafting services.
The principal, Ng Kok Liong, had been in the architectural field since 1983, his first attachment with SLH Lee Gee Koon Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur for 4 years.Thereafter, he had the opportunity to be one of the pioneer staff of Akipraktis Chartered Architect, Kuala Lumpur since 1988.With his extensive skill in designing and managing projects, he has then set up BASE DESIGN.
