Vista Bistari Sdn. Bhd. (VB) is an established company and has sustained as a wholly owned Bumiputera Company for 16 years. Vista Bistari Sdn. Bhd. is a registered Bumiputera Contractor under the Companies Act, 1965.

The founders of this company, Ahmad Kamil bin Shamsuddin and Hamidah binti Shamsuddin has vast experience especially in the management industry. Uphill struggle and patience ensures the company’s triumph in this competitive market.

VB was incorporated on 24^th of January 1989 with the opening of the laundry and dry cleaning services as well as at the same time handling massive cleaning services at one of the state. Expending and broadening its business was seen at the earlier stage of its establishment.

Vista Bistari Sdn. Bhd. later diversified its business into other services namely maintenance works such as grass cutting/lawn mowing, building maintenance, renovation, repairs, and other civil works. VB is a registered Class ‘F’ contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontractor (PKK) and also registered with Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan (CIDB).

VB is also registered with the Ministry of Finance (Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia) and expanding its business in line with the Government’s aspiration of a successful and compatible Bumiputra entrepreneur.
