A) Shipping Information

1.0 DELIVERY RATES        

i.            DELIVERY TO MAJOR CITIES IN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA: For major cities in Peninsular Malaysia, please add RM18.00 per delivery.       

ii.            DELIVERY TO SABAH, SARAWAK, SINGAPORE AND ALL OTHER COUNTRIES To check the delivery rates to your preferred destination, please kindly contact us at 03-1234 5678 from Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm.

2.0 SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS         

i.            Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are carried out via appointed courier companies only. Please do not use PO Box address for delivery. The above rates are subject to change without prior notice.       

ii.            Prices quoted is duty paid Ex-KUL. eAsia2u Silver Commerce (demo) is not responsible for any local government taxes incur in the countries where products are shipped to.      

iii.            It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.     

iv.            eAsia2u Silver Commerce (demo) is only responsible for one time delivery charge. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery at the specified address, the additional charges that arise from the second delivery will be borne by you and will be charged accordingly.       

v.            We strive to ensure that all products are available to you as quickly as possible. Average time of orders is 5-7 working days from shipping date. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with our courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver the products by the estimated delivery date.      

vi.            Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of product may occur due to festive seasons, promotional period or incomplete shipping details supplied. If your orders have not arrived within a specified date or time, kindly contact or email us at sales@abc.com.my     

vii.            It is your responsibility to inform eAsia2u Silver Commerce (demo) if any order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquires with the courier company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.  

viii.            You are advised to examine your purchase and confirm that they are in good order upon receiving them. Any pilferage or damage found in the products must be reported immediately.     

ix.            Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.       

x.            As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business and home addresses between 9am and 12pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.     

xi.            Without limiting the operation of any Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.    

xii.            Without limiting the operation of any Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel the order.  

xiii.            Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the item purchased please contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival of your package and we will have you return the product to us for exchange or full refund. Not including shipping and handling charges.

Items which have obviously been altered or damaged by the recipient after receipt will NOT be accepted for return. We makes every effort to provide the best possible value for our customers.

Please remember that each item you order is shipped directly to you from eAsia2u Silver Commerce (demo). Items will be shipped via ABC Post, ground service or express post depending on your choice for shipment. Authorized returns will result in your choice of replacement or refund.
