Paylink Solutions is a company that provides financial solutions and services for eCommerce and supply chain industry, in particular transaction settlement, logistics and cashless payment.

Our business began in Taiwan in 1998 and, with our innovative merchant acquisition model, we have successfully grown to become the largest third party payment gateway operator there. Handling more than NT$4.5 billions per year with more than 8,000 merchants and millions of consumers, brand names like eBay and MaryKay, Malboro and Mitsubishi, Kagome and Herbalife, just to name a few, place their trust in us and use our solutions and services.

We are currently expanding to ASEAN region. With Malaysia's business friendly infrastructure and an environment similar to Taiwan in many ways, we chose Malaysia first to invest as the focal point of our expansion in South East Asia and beyond. As such we seek a strong and strategic local partner.

Despite our rapid expansion, our risk management model is one of the best in the industry, market tested and proven to enable us to grow without sacrificing risk. In spite of the large transaction volume managed, our fraud rate experienced average between 0.0003% to 0.0006% - the lowest in the industry.

The following is a brief overview of our solutions and services :-

  1. Payment Gateway. We have a technological solution for every transaction situation imaginable, from the retail shop to the mobile sales force, from corporate to individual transaction, from routine members' fees to real time transactions.
  2. Installment payment. We provide convenience and flexibility to consumers wanting to schedule their bill payments, with a system that is tied to multiple and not any specific bank. Payment is upon Consumer's instruction and done securely. This provide a one stop solution for consumers, paying through our system from any one bank of their choice.
  3. Logistics Settlement. Often a buyer is concern with poor or no delivery of goods after payment, while the seller is concern over no payment with delivery of goods. While larger transactions have Bank credit facilities to handle such, smaller merchants bear such risk. As the middleman in the logistics settlement, our solution offers both parties the assurance of delivery and payment.
  4. Promotion of Cashless Payment. We promote cashless transaction with our merchant acquisition model. Our main clients are SMEs who would like to but need help in solutions that enable them to grow their business in this aspects. On the other hand, we further promote cashless payment, together with our marketing partners, the use of credit or debit cards.
