1. In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and select 'Accounts...'
(marked in blue).
2. At this point, the 'Mail
Accounts' dialog opens. Click 'Add' (marked in red) to add a new email
account.
3. At this point, the 'Account
Wizard' dialog opens. You can configure your email account
settings either automatically or manually.
Automatically configuring the Email Account
The 'Account Wizard'
detects all email accounts configured in other email clients on your
computer. You can select any or all of these email accounts and automatically
import their settings into IncrediMail.
To automatically import your email account, please
do the following:
1. In the 'Account Wizard'
dialog select 'Automatically import my email
settings (recommended)' (marked
in red) and click 'Next' (marked in blue).
2. Select the email account you wish to import and
click 'Finish' (marked in red).
3. Click 'OK'
to close the 'Account Wizard'
dialog and you can start using your newly configured
email account.
Manually configuring the Email Account
If you do not have the email account configured elsewhere
on your computer, you need to manually configure your email account
settings in IncrediMail. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Enter your Display name (your name, as you would
like it to appear to your email recipients) and
your eAsia2u email address into the appropriate fields (marked in
red), and click 'Next' (marked in blue).
2. If you are connected to the Internet, IncrediMail
attempts to fill out the email account server settings
automatically, as shown in the image below. If you are not connected
to the Internet, either connect or click 'Skip' and enter your incoming
and outgoing mail servers manually.
3. Select your incoming mail server type, POP3 (marked
in red), enter mail.easia2u.com (marked in
blue) and click 'Next' (marked in green).
Note:
We would like to suggest you not to leave copies of messages on the
server, please download all incoming messages to your email accounts
and computers.
4. Enter your eAsia2u email account username and password
(marked in red) and click 'Finish' (marked in blue).
5. Click 'OK' to close
the 'Account Wizard' dialog
and you are now ready to receive your eAsia2u email through Incredimail.
